ShiftSync was created to solve a problem I kept seeing firsthand, scheduling shouldn’t be this complicated. Between missed shifts, constant changes, and scattered communication, managing a team can quickly become overwhelming.

I built ShiftSync to simplify that process. The goal is to give managers a clear, reliable system to organize schedules, communicate with their team, and stay in control without the stress.

As a business student and someone interested in operations and efficiency, I wanted to create a tool that actually solves real-world problems, not just adds another layer of complexity.
